Inside Casa Grondona we have encapsulated our history and tradition: you will find the full range of products from our companies Grondona, Duca D’Alba, Bonifanti directly from our laboratories, also in our convenience formats. We are very proud to also offer freshly ground coffee from our roastery Mouthpiece.
Like any self-respecting house, we offer a’food and wine offerings daughter of our experience, from the best durum wheat pasta, to the finest fruit jams. A small selection, but one that we love so much and consume daily.

A family history since 1820
It was 1820 when Giuseppe Grondona began grinding wheat to produce flour. Since then, our family continued the tradition, producing dough and bread with sourdough. In the late 19th century, thanks to Orlando Grondona’s meticulous research, the Ligurian pastry recipes, which were immediately distributed in the best Genoese stores.
From our first store, to developments nationally and internationally, from acquisitions of our brands of excellence until today, with the opening of Casa Grondona in the heart of Genoa, our House that represents us and allows us to be even closer to our customers.
